It is aimed at technology-oriented companies that want to develop new products, processes or services. All innovation phases, from the idea to the market launch, are supported with grants and low-interest loans.
With ProFIT, the states of Berlin and Brandenburg promote innovative research and development projects in companies, especially when technological innovations are combined with commercial exploitation potential.

Contact the responsible funding agency (WFBB in Brandenburg, IBB in Berlin). Initial assessment of whether the project is generally eligible for funding.
The informal project outline is submitted for a preliminary technical review. We support you in formulating and compiling all the necessary documents.
The funding body decides whether a full application can be submitted.
If the response is positive, the complete application including financial plan, milestone plan and company data must be prepared. We will do this for you.
Technical and economic examination of the project by ILB (Brandenburg) or IBB (Berlin), if necessary with external assessment.
Once the grant notification has been received or the early start of the project has been approved, the project can begin and the funding can be drawn down.
