Junge Start-ups in Berlin können mit dem GründungsBONUS Plus einen Zuschuss von bis zu 50.000 € für innovative Geschäftsideen erhalten. Gefördert werden technologieorientierte oder kreative Vorhaben in der frühen Wachstumsphase, z. B. Produktentwicklung, Markteintritt oder Skalierung.
ProFIT fördert Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) in Berlin und Brandenburg, auch in Kooperation mit Forschungseinrichtungen. Die Förderung erfolgt als Zuschuss oder Darlehen mit einer Förderquote von bis zu 80 Prozent.
GRW (Gemeinschaftsaufgabe zur Verbesserung der regionalen Wirtschaftsstruktur) fördert Investitionen in strukturschwachen Regionen. Die Förderquote beträgt je nach Unternehmensgröße und Fördergebiet bis zu 30 % für kleine, bis zu 20 % für mittlere und bis zu 10 % für große Unternehmen. Förderfähig sind z. B. Produktionsstätten, Arbeitsplatzschaffung und die Modernisierung oder Erweiterung bestehender Betriebsstätten.
Die Forschungszulage ist ein Förderinstrument, das sich gezielt an deutsche Unternehmen richtet, die in Forschung und Entwicklung (FuE) investieren. Seit 2020 können Unternehmen durch das Forschungszulagengesetz (FZulG) bis zu 42% ihrer FuE-Kosten von der Steuerlast abziehen und so wertvolle Liquidität gewinnen. Dies gilt sowohl für intern durchgeführte Forschungsprojekte als auch für Auftragsforschung.
Das Zentrale Innovationsprogramm Mittelstand ZIM fördert technologieoffene Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte in KMU sowie in Kooperation mit Forschungseinrichtungen. Die Förderung erfolgt als Zuschuss von bis zu 45 % für Einzelprojekte oder bis zu 60 % für Kooperationsprojekte, mit maximaler Förderung je nach Projektart und Partneranzahl.
Das Programm richtet sich an forschungsaktive kleine und mittlere Unternehmen. Gefördert werden risikoreiche, technologieorientierte FuE-Projekte in Zukunftsfeldern wie Bioökonomie, Medizintechnik oder IT-Sicherheit. Die Förderquote liegt je nach Thema und Unternehmensgröße zwischen 40 % und 100 %.
